I've got quite a bit of space in my basement/garage. I'm currently fiddling with 3 kayaks all at once. If we do it before I set up the strongback for my wife's Spring Run, then we'd have plenty of room. It is a 1000 sq/ft basement with a garage door. It is cluttered with misc. tools and an MG, but there is plenty of room to work on the cockpits of a few kayaks. The closest lauch site is about a mile away on Commencement Bay.

I'm also willing to travel elsewhere if there is a better location.
