I have learned through experience that CLC expects customers to toe their line strictly and absolutely. Deviation will be severely dealt with.

If you wish to verify this, mention to anyone at CLC that you are considering using luan to build a boat with. The reaction will be most unpleasantly enlightening.

However, most (all?) of us here on Nicks board have been spoiled by the superb customer service of Guillemot.

Heavens, if I was to avoid all businesses that ever gave me a bad turn, I'd probably be unable to ever conduct business at all.

So Chris and his staff leave a lot to be desired on the personality aspect. So be it. They still market a superb product. One that has pleased me immensely.
