I have some extra epoxy and glass from the kits that I have built and I never stop finding uses for the stuff: paddles, wind toys, and fixing things etc. Get over it and save the complaints for something of worth. If the boat paddles fine and you like it you should be a satisfied customer. Try and call up Pygmy/Guillemot and tell them that you would like to order an ala carte boat. Think how many variations there could be for one boat let alone an entire line. Buy plans and build from scratch if you are so worried about some left over material. Brian
