Can I use the dye stright on the nylon with a solvent or do I have to put it in the sealant? I am thinking if I want to get a skin look then an uneven dying technique of some type might work. Would a regular fabric dye work? I know my mom use to dye ugly shower curtains back in the day to freshen them and make them look new, I don't know if they are nylon but they usually feel like a woven plastic like material. Would the dye she used bond to nylon?

Yeah I never bought into the cool awsome fad of buying cheap online, I was put out when we were given a list of books in College to buy and the campus store didn't even sell all of them, some had to be bought from Amazon. I wouldn't have had a problem if the school bought them from amazon, and then distributed them because that way the school shouldered the risk.
