I had no major problems when stitching the panels together although when I started stitching the bottom panels I couldn't understand how they where going to fit (the bottom panels wanted to curve the wrong way) but as I worked my way along it all started to fit together.
I was a bit worried about my accuracy as I converted all the measurements from imperial to metric and then rounded to the nearest 0.5mm.
I also entered the panels into a CAD program so I could see what the panels should look like and made a 1/5 scale model of the hull out of balsa.
I started stitching at the stern and put in every second stitch. When I got to the bow the botton panels where only a couple of mm too long so I planed a bit off. I then went back and put all the other stitches in.
I found it tricky to get the bottom panels and side panels to pull together at the bow and stern as a lot of force was needed and I broke a lot of wire.
I didn't get any stitches pulling through the plywood because I saturated the edges of the panels with epoxy before I stitched them (only the edges).
But eventually it all came together.
I still haven't filleted or taped but that will be happening soon.
