I did the vertical part of all 3 of the coamings on my Guillemot Triple prior to glassing. I spent an entire day glassing a little section at a time as I worked my way around the coamings. I would partly blame it for some of my fiberglass showing in the bright light. As I would be working on one section the resin would start to become less viscous and not saturate the cloth as well in other area's (too much to do in too little time even with small batch's of resin).

Never again. I have logged it away as a lesson learned that from now on I glass the deck, and then do the vertical strips.
