If I were in your shoes, I'd go at the sags with a half-round wood file -- carefully. I've found that a wood file removes epoxy pretty quickly, its length makes it more controllable than smaller tools, and it gets into corners well. If you have an old cabinet scraper, you could grind a radius into one corner, sharpen it up, and try to smooth out the fillet that way, too.
