If your hull pulled in a bit, don't wait to spread it. You don't have to force it to a point of cracking but if you have forms or just some spreader pieces of wood, try to push it out now. You can also put a ratchet strap on the hull and GENTLY pull it in a bit. Epoxy hardens over long periods of time and even though its hard to the touch, its still flexible.

You did fine on your glassing. Nobody knows how to do it perfectly at first. It does take experience. You can sand out those blemishes and fortunately they are inside the boat.
