Unfortunately I am down to the glass in a few places & the fairing that I did on the timber before the glassing wasn't quite good enough so I am paying the penalty now. When I wet sand I can still see a few slight dips in a few places that I'm trying to eradicate. I did consider just filling & feathering those low areas only. There's not much in it but I know it's there & the perfectionist in me won't give in.
I have half of the hull sanded back now & it's looking pretty good, so the next coat will be the last, regardless of it's fairness. I want to turn it over & get on to the deck or am I being impatient & unnecessarily fussy over what's going to be on the bottom.
