Hi Glen

The purpose of filler coats its to give you enough depth of epoxy to sand without sanding into the glass. These coats by definition have to be applied without sanding between them. If you have sanded already then you are adding filler coats for no reason that I can see except to add extra weight and extra work.

Are you sure these coats are necessary at all??
