All the information I have from epoxy manufacturers says to use NOTHING but water to clean epoxy surfaces. Amine blush is water soluble. Epoxy surfaces must be cleaned before sanding.

Many solvents are reclaimed and contain impurities that will create problems with your coatings. This makes your use of lacquer thinner also suspect.
