Failed to notice that you said 3mm. I have used both 4mm and 3mm of Joubert. Both good. Compared to some Israeli made 3mm that I got once that was actually 2.7mm and had thin face plys, the Joubert was a good 3mm+ and had full 1mm thick face plys. You could probably get by with this, but check and make sure they don't have 4mm too.
