Mike,

I am looking for short, and not wide. Unfortunately, most 12' - 13' boats out there are quite wide, including the plastic ones. The reason I chose the Walden Vision (my first boat) over it's competitors a couple years ago was that it was the narrowest (25") one in the group by several inches. I've been very happy with it, with only two complaints: the deck is high making it difficult to roll, and it's made out of plastic.

The Pygmy Golden Eye 13 has good dimensions, but the displacement can only support a child or an adult smaller than me (5'8", 165 lbs). The Mill Creek is simply much wider than what I'm looking for. I'm not familiar with the Bolger boat or the Tursiops, but I'll check them out.

Thanks,

Ken
