Earl,

I think it may cause a problem in getting the epoxy that saturates the glass to bond to the wood. System Three recommends that subsequent coats of epoxy should be applied within 72 hours for a good bond. If you don't get the glas on right away, I think you would have to sand the entire hull to get the epoxy to bond well. In doing so you may not evenly sand the epoxy and may get into raw wood in some areas while just roughing up the epoxy in others.
