Agreed.

I was wrong to say that they "admit the Chesapeake is a better design". They don't admit it, but why would they discontinue Cape Charles kits and then start producing Chesapeake LT kits? I do not know their motives, but I'm sure boat performance is a strong consideration when deciding what kits to offer their customers.

Handling is a generic term. To decide what boat "handled" better, we would have to decide whether we were considering tracking, turning, rolling, wave performance, etc. Obviously both boats "handle" differently. I shouldn't have said the Chesapeake handles better. Gee, do you see my bias? :)
