There are about 4 NZ manufacturers of pedals, all about the same. North America wouldn't be worth the hassle of marketing to. Easy enough to build your own, very cheap. Also needs just one adjustment for pedal position, either a sprung loaded pin or as I do, a webbing strap and cam-cleat. Rudder lines self adjust. A Sea Lion I saw a couple of weeks ago had the NZ style pedals fitted so maybe the design has at last filtered through to the US.
