I'm gave my counter top knife block to my son
when he moved out.
I don't have the counter top space to spare.
Very little kitchen, plenty of drawers.

: Yup, sharp knives are safer than blunt ones. I keep my kitchen
: knives in the knife block as well, edge up so the back takes the
: pressure.

: Just realised, I don't have drawers for cutlery in my kitchen, or
: any drawers. Just cupboards. I never have the problem of the
: recalcitrant item jamming the drawer shut. :D
