Hi Heather,

The Sea Pup will handle up to 125 lbs or so, so it should last Lilly for quite
some time. It's stable, and handles well.

For an adult... if stability, volume, and all around performance are
requirements, the Sea Tour 15EXP or 17EXP's would be a good choice.

Bill mentioned that he could do the inches conversion. I have the offsets in
inches also.
