Interesting stuff! Thank you for your input, and to all the others that had input. Here's my take on water (read this in good humor):D
Drinking water is good if it doesn't have too much green stuff in it. Not drinking water is bad, no mater how clear the water is.
The difference between a 300meter diving watch and a 150meter diving watch is about $300, or about $2 per meter.
Water molecules cause the dirt on my body to go away 50% of the time. The rest of the time it takes molecules of gojo and lots of elbow grease.
When you boil water it changes the molecules and makes them strong enough to bend wood to make the hull of a kayak.
When you freeze water it changes the molecules and makes them strong enough to shatter wood and break the hull of a kayak.
Water at room temperature is strong enough to sink the hull of a kayak, and the kayaker that took it there.
On the moon there is no water, neither are there any kayaks. However, the Moon has got seas. Go figure.
Water rolls downhill. Kayaks also roll downhill. Usually kayaks go downhill better in water than on land, but people have tried both ways. The steeper the water travels downhill, the smaller the kayaks get. They get so small they call them "play boats," but they are not really play boats because people actually use them. That's another story.
Water can be pushed into waves. Waves can be pushed into kayaks. Kayaks can be pushed into rocks. Rocks cannot be pushed by kayaks, therefore you should avoid the last part of this equation.
Kayaks that float in the ocean are called ocean kayaks. Kayaks that float in the sea are called sea kayaks. Kayaks that don't float are called coffins.
Kayaks can be made from wood. Wood cannot, however, be made from kayaks, unless you count the debris from the above mentioned combination of water, kayaks, and rocks.
Water can freeze into polar ice caps. Polar ice caps can melt from global warming, causing the earth to be covered in water. Wouldn't that be great?
Water can cause your feet and hands to turn into prunes. Prunes, however, cannot turn into hands and feet, but they can bring you to your knees if you eat too many of them.
I will stop now. Sorry, I just got in a funny mood. Actually your input is very much appreciated, and I have learned a lot from my eTrex mishap. Hope you enjoyed my twisted humor. Don't worry, the day job is still my main... uh... ONLY source of income.
