merganser recess and brace pics??

did a real quick check on erics site but didnt see any pics that would show the recess and brace you mentioned earler. know of any pics elsewhere?

even if the numbers work with 1 inch left (1 + 2in lip + 17(or less)space + 2in lip + 1in = 23in)(really gets up there fast)) there is cockpit design compromise that interferes w/ the yak lines and precludes using other recess(if any) approaches (say the ditch recess like shawns or mine)

nice stories abt the 18 and your coaming layup.
