: boat, I thought I'd be smarter than that and used colored wood fillers. I
: cringe when I look at that boat because it's very obvious that I used a
: wood filler, and it looks sloppy. By the third boat, I avoided the problem

Hmm, I'll think about it. I never considered that wood filler wouldn't look as good. I'm fairly familiar with epoxy + wood flour and one thing I know is that it is time consuming to scrape and sand.
