Sean, I built 2 CLC Chesy 18's from plans and I'm just a computer jockey. One word - READ! I found the book THE KAYAK SHOP by Chris K (CLC) to most helpfull.
P.S. I plan on launching my first Guillemont Exp Single in 2 weeks.
