In Response To: Varnish Advice Needed!! (Byron)

Thanks to Rob, Nick and all others who shared excellent advice/insights. I didn't buy an ionizer, but I did do a wet final sanding, ran the air cleaner longer, thinned the Flagship varnish a bit and bought a couple of decent quality foam brushes.

While still not absolutely perfect, the final coat looks great and if I get really ambitious this winter, I may do the a 600, 1000, 2000 rub out and polish. At the moment, the weather here in Texas is getting just about perfect (well, except for those pesky tornados...) and I want to get out of the garage and onto the water.

Thanks again.
