The strip looks great, but I hope you plan to install it in area with few bends - It looks like it could be a little fragile. Is there any way you could build the strip in-place on the boat? I did that on the deck of my Outer Island and it worked great. It was still a lot of individual piece fitting, but the end result conforms exactly to the curves of the boat.
