: i want some 90 deg corners(not radiused) in a semi similar coaming and other
: places and have been playing around w/ similar ideas to achieve it(i know
: i'll probably have failures)

Cheap foam used for the sealing of a a window air conditioner is about 1-1/4 inch square and comes in 36 inch lengths or there abouts. Put on your glas and resin, cover with Saran Wrap (R) and press in the foam to force the glass and resin into your corners. A string tied around the whole thing will keep the foam in place and providing even pressure.
