Yes, the strips folowed what they were being stapled to. It was a boat designed to be a s&g so there were no really severe curves. For the design that I was doing i think it was an eaiser method and lighter method than puting in deck beems every foot. Figuring the corect curve for them could be difficult,; particularily around the cockpit as it drops several inches and flatens out in the rear. I rough cut the opening in my sacrificial deck and all semed to go well.
