I buy my hot glue from Woodworker's Warehouse in my home town of Greenfield, MA.

I think they sell nationally through the "TrendLines" brand catalog.They call the glue "Wood Projects Glue Sticks" Item #T232 made by H.B. Fuller co. They may have a web site. You could do a web search to see.

I've also used similar wood specific glue sticks made by "Stanley", so you should be able to get them from most woodworking supply stores.

I also use a "Bostik"23-G Dual Temp Hot glue gun. It has a high and low setting which is sometimes useful. I buy a couple at a time because they can be hard to find and they do wear out.

Hope this helps. I know how hard it can be to get the tools and materials you want even if you know what they are.
