John - I'm using a compass rose on the deck of my Merganser. I found several desins on the internet, and then drew what I liked best. Having trouble posting pictures from Homepage.com, so try my webpage (try Rifht button & View Image). I can e-mail you a copy in jpeg or PowerPoint, just let me know. -- Greg
