temperature makes a big difference in viscosity (and cure time)....if you are working in a cold shop, bring the epoxy indoors to warm it up to room temp....the difference in viscosity between 55 and 75 degrees F is very noticeable...

also roll it on with a short knap (sp?) roller to get a thin coat.....
