Chris Cunningham's plans for the 18'x21.5" stitch-n-glue boat are in the Fall '94 issue. I got a back-issue of it from Sea Kayaker, and they not only included an additional sheet with the corrected offsets, but I recieved another of these sheets in the mail a few months later because they weren't sure they had sent them. I bought some veneer to make a 1/8-scale model. Being a CAD designer, I plotted all the points and scaled them down. Another 'to-do' when I get my Outer Island done.

The design is very similar to his skin-on-frame kayak plans from the '92-'93 issues, but with a bit less rocker for better tracking and a flatter bottom for better initial stability. He also has some neat flush oval hatches with very solid closures.
