I think the term "Greenland" is used kind of loosely these days and that most of the modern day kayak plans, fortunately, are improvements on the traditional Greenland styles - although we obviously owe a lot to those original kayak builders. But as for hard-chined, greenland-style kayak plans there's lots to choose from. The ones I know of (besides those already mentioned) include:

Squeedunk Kayak's Cormorant - several sizes available Guillemot's own stitch and glue version San Javier Kayaks Pygmy Kayaks Chesapeake Light Craft

All of these companies sell and/or give away plans for hard-chined kayaks with the exception of Pygmy which I think only sells kits (also not a bad way to go). They all have web sites. And just trying to pick and choose from the myriad of choices is one of the most enjoyable parts of the process.
