Pete,

If you have access to a large format printer, you can print the patterns for a scale model directly. I used an Epson 1520 (old) that I can print up to 44" long. Just need to experiment with the settings in the software that lets you view the .ps files of the panels to get the size you need. Then just glue them to your matboard, etc. and cut them out. If you want to try the Cormorant model this way, I can e-mail you the input files that I used with the Unfold software. Takes about 3 seconds to run the software and get the results.
