Redo the defective joints, as the others have suggested.

To reduce the incidence of panel misalignment, have the butt joints supported on both sides by uniform surfaces. As in lay them on a cinderblock with a scrap piece of ply on top. That way they will not misalign from inconsistent pressure. You are also allowed to spend some time examining alignment, even after you've stacked the bricks. Especially if you feel/suspect something happened as you stacked those bricks. To keep the panels lined up for fair curves, use strings for referencing, or use a deck or something with long straight lines.
