hi sue, when i started on my artic tern in oct. it was my frist experience with epoxy and i had a heck of a time keeping bubbles or actually 1/2 bubbles,or divots, or pock marks, whatever from forming under the mylar. tried lots of epoxy, lots of weight, then just a little weight on the mylar. still got 'em. i bet i talked to kelly at pigmy 6-8 times and couldnt figure it out. i now believe the mylar was contaminated in some way and wouldnt allow the the epoxy to touch it....anyway, on the bad joints, i took them apart by heating them up, quite a bit, actually, with a heat gun then picking at an edge till i got a purchase, just pealed the tape off....hope this helps ..deeds
