That should be an interesting boat! Please post pics. when she is finished.

If you want a strong tracking hull design the Golden eye / Osprey hull fills the bill. I paddled the osprey recently. Just point it where you want to go and paddle. Now, if you want to turn, you need to plan ahead. The artic tern is the kit I bought because it is a much more playful boat and turns nicely. I also built the Pygmy Coho which is a faster multichine hull that is a nice compromise in tracking and turning.
