Dean's nail polish idea is good, but remember that nothing will stick to this stuff! That was the design intention behind it, to keep the hordes of teenage girls with purses full of different coloured nail polish from artistically expressing themselves on your boat, while you are waiting for a stoplight!! If you have kids, you could let them paint designs on the boat and then later wipe them off! Great for bored kids on long trips!!!!

I would repair a scratch by using just uncatalyzed DCU 2050 and a small touchup brush to paint in the scratch. Then you wouldn't have any variation in colour and you would get excellent adhesion.

You could catalyze a very small amount 4-5 drops of each product which, because of the small amount in a well ventilated area, would probably be safe enough. Then just brush it into the scratch. Wear your chemical cartridge respirator, as it will stop everything but the isocyanate molecule and these would be few.
