I like it too.

Is there such a thing as clear linear poly sheets available? That deform under say 250 deg??

Then just take drape a sheet of it over the hole in the ply that the form came from, heat w/ a heat gun, and let it drape 4" or so. Instant flexible bulkhead w/ cupped edges? Attach w/ Ian's idea of urethane?

An idea anyway
