The rocker is put in by the angle of the 'midship frame, and if you lengthen it that will change. There is a classified in the back of WB for a pirogue, with dimensions for different lengths. I'd look around, there is probably a design out there that would save you the margin of error in changing this one. Else try scaling it up? 2 or 3" in width wouldnt hurt it. It's easier to paddle using knee pads, BTW.
