I think selling boats crosses every builders mind.

I think so too, but then you see the masses out in their Walmart specials, holding their paddles upside down, reclined and chicken wing paddling, and you can't help but realize they are not "there" yet.

Commission or classes is the only way to make it work, IMO, and even so, don't think one can quit their day job, not right away anyway.
