The plywood one I built has a slight bend in it, but I set up a center screw clamp fixed to a sawhorse screwed into the floor. Adjusting the screw brings the strongback to dead straight. Built three boats that way.

That's a clever workaround. How much out of straight was the strongback?
Using the internal strongback system, doesn't the strongback go back inside the (glassed) hull with the forms when you are stripping the deck?
How do you straighten the strongback for that step - or is the error small enough that it doesn't matter? (IMO, the hull shape is a lot more critical than the deck anyway..)
