So- the Eskimo Topo-Duo came out in the late 90s, maybe 2000. They are great for beginners, but's not like a double-cockpit pilot trainer, it's a whitewater K2. They have drawbacks, like they don't boof well, but the Jackson Dynamic Duo is 12', and that's BARELY longer than old-school glass WW kayaks. For a wide II-III river (If you can take a raft you can run one) of the right kind of wave they're great fun. There is a Topo-Duo and a Dynamic Duo floating around in our small club. People take out the Dynamic Duo to to stupid stuff in because it's funny. My friend got one last fall. This is the first trip out at the play park: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8re9p8aUo8
