How do you attach the foam? Do you glue it with contact cement to the foot pegs?

I don't know if your question is for me. Are you referring to the purple 'yoga mat' stuff on the footboard of my Panthera?
Yes, (solvent based) contact cement is what I used. The footboard is epoxy-glass over a plywood core.
