I forgot to mention that I 'had a brief flirtation with' urethane (Gorilla) glue but really didn't find it very useful. It's only good feature is that the foam out is usually easy to scrape. And, you need to keep it off your skin, so working in gloves is a must. At least with yellow glue a wet rag can keep my hands functional.
