Dan,
Much better looking than mine. The only suggestion I have is that narrow shelves below the strong back will provide places for the tools you are currently using, accessible from both sides. You also can put a couple of cross dowels or boards below the strong back and rack up the strips you are going to use where they are handy and out of the way.
Rolling is good.

: I never considered anything but a rolling strong back but the
: problem was my strong back is several years old and built for a
: Yost SOF. I simply made it longer and added casters. I moved it
: in and out for sanding and for nice days when i wanted fresh
: air, I cut wedges to prevent movement. It would be better a
: little lower but no point building new when old was fine.
