As long as the floor surface you are moving to is as even as the one you started out on. if your driveway is uneven you could get some twisting in the strong back.

If I was moving my strong back to differing spots I would get both spots as level as possible under the supporting feet or wheels with chocks and then always move it onto exactly the same position, or use the same chocks in the same places etc. It doesn't have to be level, but it should be on an even plane.
