Bubble level is the way to start but once the strong back is built and the forms are in place moving should not be an issue. Correct me if I am wrong so I do not misinform others, I am not one of the wise men on this forum.

If the strong back and forms are built plumb - square - level, then as long as everything stays that way, moving should not be an issue. My strong back is screwed and glued with cross bracing to prevent movement, that said, if I drag it around or move it without wheels or slides, I may alter it. The casters allow movement without putting the strong back under any undo stress.

If I move it out on the driveway it will no longer be bubble level but it will maintain the point A to point B straight line I started with. This I learned from building fences for about 20 years, so if I am wrong there are a lot of messed up fences out there :)
