I'm confused about how the glue gets in the way. Are you gluing the sheer strip to the station molds?

: OK I think I made trouble for myself. I had used hot glue to hold
: the sheer strips in place. I didn't know I could get better glue
: until later. The strip would pop of here and there and I would
: stick it back down. Then I got the good hot glue. But all I did
: is put some on the surface along the sheer line. Holds great.
: But now my problem is when it comes time to sand the whole thing
: out that hot glue will be in the way. I know there is a guy who
: hot glues the whole works together in this manner. But I don't
: know what he does next.

: The only thing I can think of now is to clean off the surface glue
: and redo it in the joint.????
