HiReg!
When the temporary flange on 2x4 uprights is applied beside the plug, how has the yak itself been held up? Is part of the each 2x4 shaped to hold up part of the deck and therefore the yak? And what is the tape that bridges the gap between the flange and the plug? Is it glass tape so that it becomes part of the mold? Or does the mould echo the tape, etc?
In one of the mould making steps, you comment that 4 layers of matt is used? Is that all? Is there some coring also?
Looks good!
