You, must be careful with a heater that heats with a flame ( kerosene and gas propane) the area must be ventalated and if you use flammable finishes; epoxy and poly urethane you could cause an explosion.

Can you sublet space in a wood shop or other light industrial business? They will have heat and all the electrical you will need. Thay may even let you use their tools.
