Strip: Paint thinner reaction with MAS Epoxy

Hi, I'm about to put the sealer coat on my G-Mot. I've got the final sanding done and out of habit, I used paint thinner/mineral spirits to wipe the boat down and remove any excess sawdust. After doing this it came to me that I may have made a mistake. Will the paint thinner have a negative affect on the MAS Epoxy I'm using? If so, how do I reverse the process. Note: I'm giving the boat plenty of time to dry before putting on the sealer coat. Your help is appreciated, I'd hate to waste all of my hard earned with a "duh moment."
